Grounded in Science and Inspired by Nature

We are committed to
immersive, impactful experiences

Amid the daily noise and rush of responsibilities, many of us feel a quiet pull toward something deeper and more purposeful—a desire to slow down and reflect on what truly matters.

Athara Retreats by Seoka Salstrom, PhD, offers an opportunity to do just that.

We believe in the power of nature to bring us back to ourselves. In today’s increasingly uncertain world, meaningful reconnection with ourselves and others has become more challenging than ever.

By blending time in nature and evidence-based psychological practices, Athara Retreats with Seoka Salstrom, PhD, can help you evolve with intention.

Bringing Love and Science Together

Coaching with Compassion, Humor, and Humility

Seoka Salstrom, PhD, is an intuitive clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience. As retreat leader and coach, she blends evidence-based practices from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with ancient wisdom. Through guided experiences, shared reflection, and community, you’ll gain practical tools to reconnect with your inner clarity and direct change toward the truth of who you are and the life you want to live.

ACT focuses on mindful, value-based living as well as learning from your discomfort rather than avoiding it. In a coaching setting, ACT isn’t therapy—it’s a collaborative partnership for personal growth, designed to help you move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and resilience.
